Official manufacturer’s guarantee

For all the equipment we offer – conditioners, heat pumps and ventilation systems – the manufacturer’s official guarantee is provided. The term of the guarantee is normally: 2-5 years, depending on brand and model. The guarantee shall be valid if:
  • the equipment is installed according to the manufacturer’s requirements;
  • the installation has been carried out by certified professionals;
  • regular maintenance is performed.

Which is part of the guarantee

During the warranty, the following shall be provided free of charge:
  • repair of damage caused by a manufacturing defect;
  • replacement of damaged parts;
  • diagnostics of the operation of the machine.

Not covered by the guarantee

The guarantee shall not cover:
  • mechanical damage;
  • damage due to humidity, overvoltage or malfunction;
  • repair attempts without authorized service;
  • regular maintenance.

How do I apply for warranty repairs?

To apply for warranty service, you must:
  1. Purchase document (invoice/check).
  2. A brief description of the problem.
  3. You should add a photo/video.

After the end of the guarantee, we offer:

Routine maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for the durability and safe operation of the machine. Manufacturers recommend maintenance 1-2 times a year. Maintenance work shall include:
  • cleaning and disinfection of filters;
  • surveying of indoor and outdoor units;
  • pressure measurements;
  • performance tests and general diagnostics.
