Yes, heat recovery helps reduce heating and cooling costs by recovering heat or cooled air from the exhaust air and transferring it to the supply air. This means that rooms need less energy to maintain a comfortable temperature, while improving air quality.
How often should equipment be maintained and filters changed?
Regular maintenance ensures safe and efficient system operation. It is recommended to change filters at least once every 3-6 months, while a full system maintenance is recommended once a year. How does the warranty work and in what cases does it apply?
All our installed equipment is covered by a manufacturer's and our service warranty. The warranty covers the operation of the equipment, the quality of installation, and certified work. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or unauthorized interference.
How long is the installation process and is any construction work required?
Installation of a standard split-type air conditioner or heat pump in a private house or apartment usually takes 1–2 days. Installation of a more complex multisplit system or ventilation may take 3–5 days. In most cases, extensive construction work is not required - communications are built aesthetically, using decorative ducts or hidden installation. However, in some cases (for example, in duct systems or recuperation), minor wall drilling or ceiling suspended structures may be required. We plan the entire process individually after inspecting the object to minimize disruption and ensure clean execution.
